Our Story
For us, building this company isn't just about making a profit – it's about making a meaningful impact.
Thousand Faces started with a dream, and today we have a team of +50 founding members supporting us in realizing our vision to fund 1,000,000 female founders!
Driven by our frustration with the lack of funding and support for women, immigrants, and minorities, we have taken it upon ourselves to solve this problem by leveraging Web3 principles: "Transparency, Ownership, and Decentralization," to serve People and the Planet.
By supporting female entrepreneurs, we tap into a wealth of creativity and ingenuity that might otherwise go unnoticed. The potential for new breakthroughs and discoveries from the businesses we help build is thrilling to think about.

If we are going to solve the problem of founders anywhere in the world, we have to put the most underrepresented ones at the core. So our products and services have to be accessible and affordable for those individuals.
Collective Cooperation & Self-Governance
We do things right. To do things right we need to not only use intelligent tools but also tap into the wisdom of our communities and their collective intelligence to make the right decisions. We give control of our government to the people who are actively engaged in and connected to our organization. Voting shares can only be held by stewards, i.e., people in the organization.
Purpose-Orientation
Profits for us are a means to an end, not an end in themselves. All the profits generated by our organization are either reinvested in the business, used to repay our investors, shared with stakeholders, or donated to charities in line with our cause.
