Goal of the program

The Female Founder’s Acceleration Program is a 3-month online program designed to help early-stage female-led startups raise initial funding and receive support to develop their impact businesses.

This comprehensive program is designed to support women entrepreneurs in building their businesses by providing networking opportunities, peer learning, group workshops and personalized one-on-one mentoring by domain experts, as well as regular pitching opportunities in front of investors.

By combining expert guidance with a supportive community, the program aims to provide the necessary resources, support, and inspiration to help women achieve their entrepreneurial goals.

Who can apply

Female founders

You need to be the company's main (co)founder holding a significant amount of shares.

Your company's main focus should be on solving a social, environmental, or economic issue, and cover one of the following topics: Emissions Reduction; Waste Management; Education Empowerment; Health & Wellness Democratization; Financial Inclusion.

Your company should be at an early stage meaning pre-seed/seed stage with less than €2M raised, with an MVP and early traction.

Application opening

  • Application Starts on the 14th of Nov. 2023

  • Selection will be based on TF criteria and reviewed by TF experts; startups will be chosen through TF community voting.

Acceleration program kickoff

  • The program Starts on the 1st of Feb, 2024

  • Selected startups will enter a group workshop with TF experts and mentors.

Pitching sessions - bi-weekly

  • Founders will be able to pitch their startups to the investors and TF experts

1:1 Mentoring - weekly

  • The founders will receive one-on-one mentoring sessions with TF experts.

  • The topics covered in these sessions will be based on the individual needs of each startup.

Demo Day

  • Demo Day will be 23rd of April, 2023

  • At the end of the third month, each startup will present a demo to community members, TF experts & investors, and partners.
